Boots & Beers is a private fundraising event hosted by RAIR 21 Charities, Inc., in collaboration with a committee of independent business owners, with 100% of the net proceeds benefiting Aerial Recovery, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The event will be held at Tupps Brewery in McKinney, Texas, and is exclusively for adult ticket holders and event sponsors. Entry includes dinner and drinks for the evening, with alcoholic beverage service regulated by event staff. Event staff and site employees reserve the right to discontinue alcoholic drink service to anyone who appears beyond the legal limit of consumption.
2. Data Privacy and Usage
When purchasing tickets or making donations, attendees and donors provide personal information that will be used to communicate about the event and future fundraising opportunities. This information will be shared only with Aerial Recovery for these purposes and will not be sold or shared with any other third parties. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event. In the event that an attendee is unable to attend, we encourage donating the ticket price to Aerial Recovery to further the cause. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the event will not be processed.
4. Donation Transparency
All ticket purchases and donations will be processed through Givelively.com, and the net proceeds will be donated to Aerial Recovery after the event. RAIR 21 Charities, Inc. organizes the Boots & Beers event with no profit motive, relying entirely on volunteers to run the event and raise funds for Aerial Recovery.
5. Event Liability and Participation Waivers
RAIR 21 Charities, Inc. does not assume any liability for the actions of event attendees. All participants engaging in interactive activities, such as mechanical bull riding, must sign a waiver prior to participation. Sponsors of interactive activities, like Texas Entertainment Group, will be insured to cover any risks associated with their sponsored activity.
6. Sponsorship Guidelines
Sponsors of the event will be co-branded with the Boots & Beers brand. Sponsor logos and names will be featured in event marketing materials depending on the sponsorship level. Sponsors will be informed of submission deadlines for logos and branding material.
7. Media and Promotional Use
The event will be photographed and recorded for future promotional and marketing purposes. By attending Boots & Beers, you consent to having your image and likeness used in marketing materials unless you explicitly notify us that your likeness should not be used.
8. Alcohol Policy
The event staff and brewery employees reserve the right to discontinue serving alcoholic beverages to any attendee who appears to be beyond the legal limit of alcohol consumption, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for all participants.
9. Children's Privacy
Our event and service do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
